Top Chef Tour L.A. - behind the scenes with Hosea

The Top Chef Tour wrapped up it's 21 city tour in Los Angeles on June 12 and 13. Hosea cooked macadamia and Quaker Oat encrusted shrimp with coconut cilantro rice then cucumber avocado gazpacho.
